4. Advisory services and engagement

Any advisory, retirement planning, investment planning or tax structuring service is only rendered once a separate written engagement, mandate, or letter of appointment has been agreed between you and Gardens Reach Advisory (Pty) Ltd. Such engagements will set out the specific scope of work, fees, and applicable disclosures, including any conflicts of interest and remuneration structures required under the FAIS Act and the General Code of Conduct for Authorised Financial Services Providers.

Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to provide services in any jurisdiction where we are not authorised or licensed to do so.
